The team:


Before we talk about job details, we believe the people you work with are what makes a job great. We’re currently a team of 15 people and counting. You'll work closely with two of the founders (Bas and Hans) and become the first marketing hire in a newly build commercial team. An amazing opportunity to be the first marketeer on the ground and have an impact from day one.


Our entire team is best described as open, ambitious, highly skilled, friendly and if you ask us- also really fun. Besides people, we also count our Neople as part of our team. With Emily as our chief executive Neople. We’ll make sure you meet her and other Neople during a first interview!


The job:


  • You'll be the first marketeer on the ground and responsible for building the growth plan that supports our overall business strategy

  • You'll develop, implement, track, and optimize marketing activities across all different channels.

  • You'll identify growth opportunities and develop world-class solutions and campaigns

  • You'll make sure our message is build around our target audience and you create compelling content

  • You'll work closely with our product and tech team


The Job requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience, preferably at a SaaS company (honestly, we value expertise over experience any day of the week)

  • A great mix of strategic thinking and ability to rapidly execute experiments.

  • You're able to manage SEO/SEA, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.

  • You can optimize landing pages and user funnels.

  • You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

  • You have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising.

  • A belief in and determination to solve complex problems
  • A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind
  • Work experience at a SaaS company

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Affinity with AI. Or a clear passion for the field.
